Welcome to my blog!
I will begin here by sharing with you that I am not at all computer literate. I can check e-mail and mess around some on Facebook. That's it. Everything I know how to do on this machine I have learned from my three teenagers. They are so kind to help their momma along in this cyber world which, to me, seems to have a mind of it's own at times. Anyway, my children actually tried to help me set up this blog back in January of 2009, but life got busy, and my dream of becoming a bona fide blogging gal went by the wayside. So anyway I'm back to take a stab at it again. I'm not really sure what shape this is all eventually going to take so we'll just have to see how I evolve as a blogger as I get into a routine and find what works for me to share and not to share in this place. I ask for your patience as I find my groove, so to speak.
What has prompted me to give this another go is The Bible in 90 Days challenge I recently learned of. (Check out my sidebar for the info. WOW! That sounds so official! I have a sidebar. Am I a real blogger now, or what??) So as of today I begin my blogging journey and the journey of reading through the entire Bible in 90 days alongside other blogging ladies, with Mom's Toolbox as our fearless leader. It's going to be FUN!! (Thanks, Susan, for posting this on Facebook! I would not have known about this fun opportunity otherwise). Yep. The entire Bible from start to finish...IN 90 DAYS!!...is quite the undertaking, but I know with support and encouragement from other like-minded gals out there that this is something I can do! Something WE can do together!

This week's portion of Scripture reading covers Genesis 1 through Exodus 40. I pray the Lord opens the eyes of all hearts for the instruction He has for each one of us!
